SMS Dynamic Sports Academy
1. What age groups do you train?
We specialise in youth performance programs for children and teens aged 6–18 years & Adults. Groups are generally structured by age and ability to ensure safe and effective training.
2. What sports does this program help with?
Our training focuses on Strength, Mobility, and Speed (SMS) — the foundations for all sports. Whether your child plays soccer, rugby, Oztag, athletics, or any other sport, our program builds transferable skills that improve overall performance.
3. Do we need prior experience?
No — our programs are designed for all levels. Beginners will build the fundamentals, while more experienced athletes will be challenged with advanced drills.
4. Where are the sessions held?
Training takes place at Hammondville Soccer Fields, Moorebank, NSW, however training locations may change from time to time depending on training requirements and training surfaces.
5. How many kids are in each group?
We keep groups small (generally maximum 8 athletes) so every child receives personal attention and coaching, however this number may change due to higher abilities of athletes.
6. What is included in the Performance Kit?
The SMS Performance Kit includes: Shirt, Shorts, Bag, Bottle, and Towel. Kits are valued at $149 but are heavily discounted for program participants.
7. What happens if my child misses a session?
Missed sessions are non-refundable. In special cases (injury, illness), make-up sessions may be arranged at the discretion of the Academy.
8. Can parents watch the sessions?
Yes — parents are welcome to watch from the sidelines. We encourage a supportive, positive environment.
9. Is the program safe?
Absolutely. All sessions are supervised by qualified coaches, with drills scaled to each athlete’s age and ability. Safety is our top priority.
10. How do I enrol my child?
Enrolment is simple:
