Refund Policy

At SMS Dynamic Sports Academy, we value the commitment families make to our programs. To ensure fairness and clarity, the following refund policy applies to all enrolments:


1. Deposits

  • A $49 deposit is required to secure your child’s spot in the program.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, as they go towards program administration and the supply of performance kits.

2. Program Fees

  • The remaining balance of program fees must be paid either:
    • In full before Week 1, OR
    • In split payments: $100 prior to Week 1 and $100 prior to Week 4.
  • Fees must be settled by the due dates to maintain enrolment.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Before Week 1 begins: A refund of program fees (minus the $49 deposit) will be provided.
  • After Week 1 starts: No refunds will be issued once the program has commenced, except in exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with a doctor’s certificate).
  • Refunds for kits will only be considered if items are unused, unworn, and returned in original condition.

4. Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be credited towards future programs.
  • In special cases (injury, illness), make-up sessions may be offered at the discretion of the Academy.

5. Program Changes

  • SMS Dynamic Sports Academy reserves the right to reschedule or modify sessions due to weather, field availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, make-up sessions will be arranged where possible.
