Terms of Service

By enrolling your child in programs offered by SMS Dynamic Sports Academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Enrolment & Payments

  • A $49 deposit is required to secure your child’s spot. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program or as per the agreed split-payment plan.
  • Enrolments are confirmed once payment is received. Places are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds follow the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.
  • No refunds are provided once the program has commenced, except under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical reasons with valid documentation).

3. Attendance & Missed Sessions

  • Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to future programs.
  • Make-up sessions may be offered only at the discretion of SMS Dynamic Sports Academy.

4. Safety & Participation

  • Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns about their child prior to participation.
  • Children must wear appropriate training gear (academy kit, sports shoes, etc.) and bring water to every session.
  • SMS Dynamic Sports Academy reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or violates academy values.

5. Media Consent

  • Photos and videos may be taken during sessions for training, feedback, and promotional use.
  • Media will only be shared publicly if prior consent has been provided by parents/guardians.
  • Consent can be withdrawn at any time by notifying us in writing.

6. Program Changes

  • SMS Dynamic Sports Academy may adjust schedules, locations, or session structures due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Where possible, make-up sessions will be offered.

7. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in sports carries some inherent risk.
  • By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge these risks and agree that SMS Dynamic Sports Academy is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during training, except where caused by proven negligence.

8. Code of Conduct

We uphold the values of Behaviour, Effort, Attitude, and Resilience (BEAR).

  • Athletes are expected to respect coaches, teammates, and facilities.
  • Parents are expected to support a positive, encouraging environment.
  • Breaches of conduct may result in suspension or removal from the program without refund.
