Our Strength • Mobility • Speed Sessions are designed to build the complete athlete — developing power, movement quality, and explosive performance in a supportive, small-group environment.
Format: 1x weekly 60-minute session with expert coaching, combining functional strength, flexibility, and speed mechanics.
Home Training: Each week includes 2x guided at-home sessions to keep progress consistent outside of the academy.
Apparel Kit Included: Every participant receives the season’s SMS Performance Kit (shorts, shirt, water bottle, towel, bag, socks and performance diary) — so they can train with pride and identity.
Performance Focus: Develop strength for power and injury prevention, mobility for fluid and efficient movement, and speed for explosive acceleration and top-end performance.
Progress Tracking: Athletes receive structured feedback throughout the program to measure growth and highlight areas for improvement.
