Our 8-week Youth Performance Program is delivered in small groups to ensure every athlete gets the attention and coaching they need.
Structure: 1x face-to-face group session each week, supported by 2x guided home training sessions to reinforce skills and progress.
Apparel Kit Included: Every participant receives the season’s SMS Performance Kit (shorts, shirt, water bottle, towel, and bag), so they can train with pride and identity.
Performance Report: At the end of the program, each athlete receives a personalised Youth Performance Analysis Report, highlighting strengths, progress, and key areas for future growth.
With expert coaching, small group focus, and a balance of on-field and at-home training, this program builds strength, mobility, speed, and mindfulness, giving every child the tools to perform and thrive both in sport and in life.
